I am a new puppy owner, is my puppy suitable for pet grooming?
Before you send your puppy for pet grooming, your puppy must first complete 3 vaccinations jab.
We will need to assess your puppy’s condition before we accept your puppy for pet grooming services.
The first pet grooming experience for your puppy is extremely important as having a bad experience for the first time might cause trauma to your puppy. Hence we urged new puppy owners to carefully choose the first pet grooming service provider.We would also recommend sending your puppy for regular pet grooming for them to get used to it.
Here at Secret Pets Depot, all of our groomers are certified and experienced. They will advise you accordingly before any pet grooming sessions.
Can I still book a pet grooming session if my pet is aggresive?
Please kindly inform us if your dog or cat is aggressive as we will take extra precaution for your pet’s grooming session. This will not only ensure the safety of your pet, but also ensure the safety of our pet groomers.
In some cases, if we determine that your dog or cat is overly aggressive, we will have to stop the grooming session. By continuing the grooming session it may cause even more stress and trauma for your pets.
Here at Secret Pets Depot, we always emmphasize and prioritise your pet’s well-being and safety throughout their pet grooming session. They can always come back for another session. Being exposed to pet grooming sessions will allow them to feel more comfortable over time.
This is my first time booking a pet grooming service. How should I book an appointment with Secret Pets Depot?
Booking a pet grooming service with Secret Pets Depot is extremely simple. You can call or Whatsapp us at 83148082. Our groomers will liase directly with you from there on what kind of pet grooming services you need and advise you on which is suitable for your pets.
We will also require some of your particulars about your pet before scheduling an appointment such as name, contact details, address, name of your dog, the breed of your dog and a latest photo of your dog.
We will also enquire if you will require our island-wide pet transport service for your furbabies pet grooming session
How can I make payment for the services I booked?
You can make payment via Cash or Paylah/Paynow to us for the pet grooming sessions that you have booked.
If you booked a one way pet transportation service with us, you may pay us after your pet’s grooming session at the store.
If you booked a two way pet transportation service, you may pay us when we send your pet back to you after their grooming session.
For those of you who purchased packages from us, we will minus the payment from your pet grooming package each time your pet visits us. We will notify you on the amount deducted and the balance left.
